Most look for accredited trade certifications to ensure that a company can provide the services they need. The software world is no different and this was one of the main reasons for the creation of the SAP Recognized Expertise or REX program. REX offers an important advantage for both the customers and the consultancy companies that have the accreditation.

The SAP REX program was launched in 2012 to answer this question. It was also necessary because at that time the portfolio of products under the SAP umbrella grew incredibly fast. Individual partners who previously focused on ERP or local solutions had to adapt to new cloud solutions as SAP’s portfolio grew.
